Ingredients of Sweet and Sour Pumpkin/Khatta Meeta Kaddu
- Prepare of Kaddu (pumpkin).
- Prepare of oil.
- Prepare of garam masala.
- Prepare of methi dana (fenugreek seeds).
- It's of cumin powder (jeera).
- Prepare of coriander powder (dhania).
- It's of turmeric (haldi).
- It's of chilli powder.
- Prepare of cinnamon powder (dalchini).
- You need of sugar.
- Prepare of mango powder (aamchur).
- Prepare of Salt.
- You need of Chopped fresh coriander leaves (hara dhaina) and green chilli for garnish.
Sweet and Sour Pumpkin/Khatta Meeta Kaddu instructions
- First step(masala paste) – mix all ingredient with water except mango powder (aamchur) and salt. Heat oil.
- Add Methi Dana.
- Add ginger and garam masala.
- Add masala paste and cook for 1 min.
- Add chopped Kaddu.
- Mix and saute well.
- Sprinkle dalchini.
- Add little water and cook for 5-10 min.
- Add Sugar and amchur and cook for another 5-8 min..
- Serve hot and garnish with chilli and coriander.
