  1. Prepare of Kaddu (pumpkin).
  2. Prepare of oil.
  3. Prepare of garam masala.
  4. Prepare of methi dana (fenugreek seeds).
  5. It's of cumin powder (jeera).
  6. Prepare of coriander powder (dhania).
  7. It's of turmeric (haldi).
  8. It's of chilli powder.
  9. Prepare of cinnamon powder (dalchini).
  10. You need of sugar.
  11. Prepare of mango powder (aamchur).
  12. Prepare of Salt.
  13. You need of Chopped fresh coriander leaves (hara dhaina) and green chilli for garnish.

Sweet and Sour Pumpkin/Khatta Meeta Kaddu instructions

  1. First step(masala paste) – mix all ingredient with water except mango powder (aamchur) and salt. Heat oil.
  2. Add Methi Dana.
  3. Add ginger and garam masala.
  4. Add masala paste and cook for 1 min.
  5. Add chopped Kaddu.
  6. Mix and saute well.
  7. Sprinkle dalchini.
  8. Add little water and cook for 5-10 min.
  9. Add Sugar and amchur and cook for another 5-8 min..
  10. Serve hot and garnish with chilli and coriander.
