- You need 10 cloves of garlic, minced.
- It's 2 of onions, thinly sliced.
- It's 2 packages (14 ounce) of white mushrooms, cut into slices.
- Prepare 1 cup of Marsala cooking wine.
- It's 1/2 cup of cold water.
- You need 1/4 cup of cornstarch.
- You need of Cooked white rice OR prepared mashed potatoes.
I grew up in an Italian household and with tons of amazing Italian cooks, but for some reason, I never tried Chicken Marsala until I worked at an Italian restaurant called Carabbas in my.
